Stevia is a sweetener, used as a substitute for sugar. It is subtracted from the leaves of a plant called Stevia Rebaudania. Stevia can be used in powder or liquid form. The active compounds of Stevia, a variety of steviol glycosides , are 250 – 300 times sweeter than sugar, making Stevia a successful substitute for sugar. Stevia is also stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions. Stevia is available in different concentrations, varying from RA60% until RA99%.

Monk Fruit is cultivated in the remote mountains of Southern China. The small sub-tropical melon is also known as Luo Han Guo. According to legend, the name Monk Fruit comes from the Buddhist monks who first cultivated the fruit, nearly 800 years ago. The extract of this Chinese fruit is nearly 300 times sweeter than sugar and can be used as a low-calorie sweetener.
Monkfruit can mask the bad aftertaste of Protein, Caffeine, etc. used in many Sport Nutrition.
